Purchases can be made in AUD using an Australian-issued debit or credit card from Visa or Mastercard, and all payments are securely managed by our payment partner Stripe.

If you have a limit on your credit card and choose to split your payment into two or three parts at the online checkout, your supplied card details will be charged automatically on the scheduled days, and your shed will not be dispatched until the full payment is complete.

Australia-wide shipping is available for a flat rate of only $65, but is subject to standard delivery conditions related to ease of access to your property. If your delivery address is subject to additional charges, we'll discuss these with you before shipment.

Your shed flatpack will travel on a pallet and is designed for curb-side delivery from a truck with a tailgate and pallet-jack. Due to courier OH&S policy, delivery is only allowed to the front of your house, side gate or curb, depending on accessibility. We may deliver up a driveway that has no obstruction or steps, but the final delivery location is at the sole discretion of your delivery driver.

Due to the DIY nature of kitset/flatpack sheds, Trekk does not accept refunds or returns due to change of mind or circumstances.

If you have a change of heart before the shipping of your order, please reach out to our customer service team for a full store credit as no refunds will be offered unless required by law.

Absolutely! Our sheds are designed for quick and seamless assembly, complete with user-friendly instructions.
We take pride in crafting our sheds in Europe, ensuring top-notch quality and craftmanship. All our wooden materials are FSC certified as sustainable timber, following renewable forestry practices.
Your shed flatpack will travel on a pallet and is designed for curb-side delivery. Due to courier OH&S policy, delivery is only allowed to either the front of house, side gate or curb depending on accessibility. We may deliver up to a driveway that has no obstruction or steps, but the final delivery location is at the sole discretion of your delivery driver.
Please inspect your shed kit when it arrives and look out for any damages or missing items. You must notify us of any faulty or damaged goods within 2 calendar days of receipt by emailing hello@trekksheds.com.au. Failing to do so will void our insurance and warranty terms & conditions.
Trekk Sheds marry rugged durability with modern aesthetics, offering a unique blend of style and functionality.
Our shed kits are already packed up and ready to be dispatched from our warehouse the same or next business day, so when you order online you can expect swift delivery to your property. Depending on your location, we expect our sheds to arrive between 5 and 14 days from your order being placed.
Most of our shed flatpacks arrive to your property pre-painted, but you can treat this as an undercoat and paint your shed in any suitable exterior paint colour of your choice. 
Yes! But please note that it's your responsibility to ensure your shed is properly painted and sealed from the elements after assembly is completed. We recommend sealing all joints or gaps with a paintable exterior sealant, prior to a final topcoat of paint.
